what is a fire smoke alarm?
A fire smoke alarm is a device that is designed to detect the presence of smoke in a home or other structure and to alert the occupants to danger. sometimes it became too late to detect the fire. but the smoke alarm will tell you about the dangerous situation as soon as the fire will start.

How does it work?
The fire smoke alarm consists of a sensing chamber, a power source, and an alarm. The sensing chamber is where smoke enters the alarm. The power source can be either batteries or household current. The alarm is usually a loud buzzer or siren. When smoke enters the sensing chamber, it interrupts the flow of current from the power source to the alarm. This causes the alarm to sound.

MQ-135 Air Quality / Smoke Sensor Module:
MQ-135 is a dangerous gas detection module using an advanced MQ-135 sensor. It is suitable for detecting common dangerous gases such as CO, alcohol, smoke, CO2 etc. The MQ-135 module is made of an MQ-135 gas sensor and LM393 other components. MQ135 is an air quality detection sensor, suitable for building automation, air purifier, etc. It can be used for detecting or measuring CO2 concentration. It has low cost and is suitable for intelligent air quality detection applications. MQ135 Gas Sensor Module – Smart Electronics – Seeed Studio The MQ135 gas sensor module is used in air quality control systems to measure the concentration of various gases, including NH3, NOx, alcohol, and benzene, smoke, CO2, etc. The sensor module has both analogue and digital output, so it can be connected to a microcontroller using any of these outputs. The sensor has a high sensitivity to NH3, NOx and alcohol vapours, as well as other chemicals.
Where you can fit the smoke sensor?
The smoke sensor can be installed in many locations, but the most common location is on the ceiling near the centre of the room. Because the ceiling gets the smoke very easily in case of a fire breakout.
Technical Specifications of MQ135 Gas Sensor:
The MQ135 gas sensor is a sensing element for gaseous air pollutants. It has a high sensitivity to Ammonia, Sulfide and Benzene compounds. The sensor is used in air quality monitoring applications. The sensor has a detection range of 0.1-10ppm. The sensor is operated at 5V and has a current consumption of <20mA. The sensor has a response time of <10s. The sensor has a built-in heater that maintains the sensor at a constant temperature. The sensor is RoHS compliant. The sensor is available in a TO-92 package. Preheat time duration is 20 seconds. MQ135 sensor has a long life with stable performance.

The process to make a Fire Alarm:
If you want to make a fire or smoke alarm for your home, you will need to purchase a few supplies. You will need a smoke detector, a fire alarm, and some components mentioned above.
1. Make a 5v power supply using 7805.
2. Next, you will need to attach the smoke detector to the single relay board.
3. Next, you will need to provide a power supply of 12V to the relay board and 5v to the smoke detector.
4. Finally, you will need to install everything in a box so that it can be long-lasting.
5. Now test it.
Applications of fire alarm:
