Due to the custom, educational, and hardware nature of our products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Cancellation is allowed only if the order has not been shipped

    • Reason for cancellation

✅ Full refund will be issued for eligible cancellations.

2.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
